Safety measures for crocodile cage diving safari.

The three Nile crocodiles at the centre are part of an entertaining and instructive experience. Participants in the safari activity must be six years of age or older. Children are only allowed to do this with their parents’ express permission. Although everyone who participates is insured, emergency rescue is available, and it is completely safe.

Participants are given a briefing prior to the session, which lasts between 25 and 30 minutes. They also receive a brief instruction on how to use the scuba diving equipment and what to expect. It is relatively easy and even non-swimmers can participate. There is an experienced guide who has been conducting these dives for 3 years. Although prearranged dive times can be set up, the centre is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On request, evening dives can be scheduled.
