Detailed Travel Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Chobe National Park.
On the first day of your safari, wake up early in the morning and enjoy your hearty breakfast. After your breakfast your safari guide will pick your from your lodge and transfer you to the Botswana border where you are going to be picked by a shuttle vehicle and be beliefed about the safari. This takes a short time to reach at the entrance of Chobe National Park, upon your arrival you will be served with coffee and then after you will start your morning game drive that takes 3 hours. You will be involved in the most magnificent experience where you are going to explore the stunning views of the large numbers of elephants, lions, buffaloes, greater kudus, impalas, bushbucks and among many others in the serene landscape. During the game drive you will as well enjoy the beautiful views of various animal species on the Chobe River. After the game drive you will be served with the snacks while spotting some of the animal species in the park as you’re preparing to exit the park.
After the game drive you will be taken Mowena safari resort spa where you are going to be served with a delicious lunch. After lunch you will enjoy the afternoon game drive that will offer you the magical experience of sighting various animal species like buffaloes, elephants, antelopes, Nile crocodiles, monitor lizards, hippos and different bird species like fish eagles, cormorants, African Jacana, yellow bellied storks, egrets and among many others. Later after the boat cruise you will be transferred back to the border where your guide will transfer you back to the lodge for relaxation dinner and overnight stay at your lodge, this will make your safari to the end.
